Writers Café: Synopsis Review
At the moment, we’re hard at work to prepare for the upcoming Writers Café XXL. Jordan, the marketing guru here at Fortelling, told me not to call it like this because it sounds ‘cheap’. But it will be a packed event, with a published author (who also works for a publishing house) and other great minds invited to review your synopsis, and we Will have a masterclass on overcoming writing struggles. Make sure to submit your synopsis here to get feedback.
In addition to having a panel review your synopsis/book cover, we will also showcase many of the exciting new features coming to Fortelling 5.0! This is your shot to give us early feedback and help us shape the next MASSIVE release of Fortelling.

Development this week
This week, I’ve implemented and shipped custom app icons for you to enjoy. Open the main menu, and select your favorite! A rainbow one? A dark red one? Or a sunset-themed icon? It’s up to you.
I also worked on some exciting 5.0 updates, but I will tell you more about them in the coming weeks ;)
Up next!
Next week is all about starting the process of preparing the first beta of Fortelling 5.0. This is a complex process that requires extensive debugging and testing. The time for fun side-tracks (see: custom icons) is over; it is time to start polishing the final design of 5.0 so I can show it to you in the Writers Café.
